Step 1 : Register on line at USA hockey.
Follow the link below to USA hockey, register and pay to obtain your registration number. You will need to obtain a registration number for each player in order to complete your SLPHA registration.
Step 2: Register on line at SLPHA web site.
To register your player with St. Louis Park, you must have an account with the SLPHA web site. (Returning families should use their previous login.) New families will need to create a free account by clicking on the "create an account" button located in the upper left hand corner of this screen and following the simple instructions. After logging in to your account, click on the registration link below and follow the instructions. Please make sure that your contact information is accurate. The contact information that you provide will be passed along to team managers and level coordinators to communicate important information throughout the year.
You will be given 3 preferred payment options when you register.
Step 3: Mail or drop off forms
The following forms must be filled out and received by SLPHA before your online registration is considered complete. Players will not be allowed on the ice until their registration is complete. New players must also submit a birth certificate.

Girls may choose to skate in either the Mite Co-ed program or the U8/U6 Girls program.
Grade Level Exception: If you are born in July or August of the cut off year, you may be allowed to move up to the next age level to play with your grade level classmates. Please contact the President or Vice President for more information.
Note: Once you have reached Squirt/U10 age, you must move up to play at that level. You may not remain in the Mite or U8/U6 program.

Above fees do not include the USA/MN Hockey registration fees. This is done on line at USA Hockey web site. Traveling players will also need to pay team fees. Team fees are player contributions collected by your team managers and are used for additional ice, referees, games, tournaments, parties, coaches gifts, and other misc. team related activities.
Jr. Gold players may have another team assessment later in the season to cover team expenses.
All Skaters, except Jr Gold, must participate in the SLPHA volunteer requirements.
