9:00- Meeting
9:30-9:50- Dynamic Warm-up
9:50-10:30- Dry Land
10:30-10:45- Dress
10:45-11:45- On Ice
11:45-12:00- Undress
12:00-1:00- Lunch (We are providing)
1:00-2:00- Skill specific off ice drills
2-2:30- Competition
2:30-3:00- Dress
3:00-4:00- On Ice
4:00-5:00- Cool down, stretch, meeting
5:00-Pick up**
