Squirt & Girls MANDATORY Manager & Coaches Meeting - November 22nd, 7pm Brooklyn Park Community Center

Team Rostering dates:

• U14/Mite 3on3/Squirt A&B&C - November 18
• Jr Gold/Mites/U8 - December 1
• Final Rosters - December 20
• Reroster Mite 5on5 - January 18

Refs will not be available on the following dates for scrimmages or rescheduling league games.

November 26-28, 2010
January 3rd, 2011
January 15th & 16th, 2011
February 4-6, 2011

Click on Scrimmage request tab, fill out form and submit.  In comment area please include game length and opponent.

5 Day notice required
Confirmation of receipt is confirmation that game will be scheduled
Pay Officials before game (scrimmages only)
24 hour notice required for cancellation

$25.00 charge per official Premium for games outside of District 3.

Go to www.d3hockey.org (note this is different than for scrimmages)

Click on documents tab then league game change form, fill out completely and submit.  Mail $50.00 reschedule fee and put in memo line on check the canceled date and team.

A $25.00 per Ref Premium will be paid for all games rescheduled outside of District 3.
