VOLUNTEER POLICY

We rely on volunteering throughout the season to keep our program fees affordable and lower than most.  Volunteer opportunities / hours are posted and can be claimed via the online DIBS system on a first come, first serve basis.

As part of player registration, you are required to agree to:

  1.  Work the required hours, OR
  2.  Opt out and pay $500 to waive the volunteer requirement.

If you agree to work your hours, your credit card will be charged $1.00 during registration which allows us to hold your credit card should you not complete your hours.

If you do NOT fulfill your volunteer hours, then your credit card will be charged $749.00 on June 15, 2024 for each player’s hours that were not completed.

This fee will not be prorated for partial completion of hours.

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

Each family is required to complete their TOTAL hours, PER SKATER/GOALIE,

as noted below with a maximum cap of 28 hours total per family.  

 
For example, if you have 1 Mite player (14 hours required) and 1 Squirt (14 hours required),

then your family's total required volunteer hours = 28.

Termite, Mini Mite, Upper Mite 14
Girls 8U, 10U, 12U, 15U 14
Squirt, Peewee, Bantam 14
